Effective communication is essential during food supply disruptions and food safety incidents, helping stakeholders to make informed decisions, coordinate functional responses, and maintain public trust.
As part of the SecureFood project, we are conducting a survey to better understand how information is communicated, received, and acted upon during crises affecting the food supply chain. We are inviting producers, food industry representatives, logistics and distribution providers, retailers, public authorities, consumers, and other relevant stakeholders to share their perspectives.
Access the survey here: Crisis Communication Survey
The insights gathered will support the development of practical recommendations to strengthen crisis communication, improve coordination across the food system, and enhance resilience in the face of future disruptions.
The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete, and all responses will be treated confidentially.
